First off, this work can be done anywhere in the state of Texas. All you need is a smartphone, tablet or laptop, and a quiet place to relax and talk. It’s incredibly convenient.
How Counseling Works…
In the first session, I go over the intake assessment and we get to know each other. I explain the basics of my approach and introduce you to my daily curriculum.
After you havea basic understanding, we will continue with one 30-minute session a week. During our weekly sessions, clients bring up real-world concerns they’re encountering, and we discuss how these issues can be handled using meditation and mindfulness skills.
To Maintain Support…
To maximize effectiveness, I have found that shorter visits over a longer period of time can create a more lasting transformation.
After you have achieved stability, we will decide on what schedule works best for you, such as every other week or once a month.
